I just got the new iPhone 14 pro, it will not send or receive group messages. I have checked to make sure SMS/MMS is on. I have powered the device down as well. Nothing seems to help.

I need help with this too. Upgraded to the iPhone 14 today. Now I can’t send/receive group texts (unless all iPhones) or pictures to non iPhone users. All settings are correct: sms on, mms on, group message on. Also did reset network setting AND reset all settings to no avail. Ideas?

Yes, got it in a Verizon store and set up there although I didn’t notice the problem until I texted a group later.
