Several weeks ago I attempted to purchase some airpod pro's ($199) on the main Verizon site with 2 $75 gift cards + credit card. I couldn't get the cards to apply, so I went through the chat for help. A representative took the order and added both gift cards, but she couldn't get the order to go through either. So she asked for an additional payment method. I supplied a third gift card, but still nothing. All 3 had a full balance of $75 (I made sure just moments before), finally the order went through and I received a confirmation.
Several days later, I never received a shipment notification, so I called to check on the order and they cancelled it. Upon checking all three of the gift cards, they *all* show $0 now. I have receipts of the gift cards, they were never used for a purchase and I have a receipt for the airpods that never shipped, but charged. It's been around 2 weeks, the balance isn't coming back.
I've tried numerous phone calls to many different departments, but I just get bounced around.
