I returned the defected device months ago to t verizon a month ago and I actually have a copy of from UPS that it was delivered to this address: Returns processing center, 4801 Mercantile Dr. BLDG 17, Forth worth, TX, 76190. It was delivered on November 18 at 10:10am and now I am being charged for the phone saying that they have not recieved it. I need help.
