iPhone 8+ ---- Suddenly Not Accepting Phone Calls

My wife's iPhone 8+ has stopped accepting phone calls, and instead calls go straight to voice mail and are disconnected. I've checked all the settings, and I've reset the network settings, and made sure the Verizon carrier settings are the same as my iPhone 8+.
