I don't know what it is about message a customer service. They message back and then don't reply back for few hours. Noone no problem and they just pass you off to someone new. This is about worse customer service I have dealt with. If noone can message you back then way connect to a agent to be left hanging by one.
Trying get service on watch, say on there end but not no service on mine.
