I hate to come on here with this but we are frustrated with the back and forth phone calls with Verizon. Been on the phone many days and hours trying to get this resolved.
My wife is on the phone right not with you again trying to resolve this, I don't know what to do next!

Oct 21 (Walked in store porting over 2 phone numbers from AT&T)
iPhone 14 Pro Max wasn't in stock my phone had to be order, but my wife got her iPhone 14 Pro that night.
The rep in store said " Sir your phone will be shipped to you. Here are the 2 boxes to send in your phones to receive your credit."
After receiving my phone on Oct 21 took some time and to make sure all was transferred. We boxed up both phones and took them to the UPS store and got a tracking number.
Nov bill had the promotion reflecting the promotion. We get an email in December that the promotion will be removed because they didn't get the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
We gave your reps all pin numbers and codes. IMIE number Serial number to the old phone. We removed the iPhone from our iCloud.
