I have tried chat help and calling. Chat and phone support both would not send me a receipt. I believe this is because they charged customers a 5g upgrade fee at the time and now they are trying to say I was never put on a 5g plan yet the website literally won't let you check out a 5g device without upgrading. Seems pretty fishy. Complaint has been filed to the FCC and FTC. Pretty sure there is some type of fraud going on here.
