When the Fios cable was installed on my block, the contractor that installed the cable damaged my and my neighbors' sewer lines. My neighbor's sewer line was repaired, and Verizon Fios paid for this, but they are denying my claim. I am elderly and cannot afford to pay for this, especially since this is not my fault. I request that this claim be reconsidered.
