Hello Verizon,
We upgraded my wife's phone to an iPhone 14 pro a couple months ago and also changed our plan to 5g start . Now she has a problem where more often than not she does not get her voice mails anymore. Today she got 5 voice mails at the same time that were from the end of December. I also just called her and left a voice mail and it's been an hour and she has not received it on her phone.
I have a Google pixel 5a on the same family account and don't have this issue so it seems isolated to her device or specific phone number?
Please help!
