How to find my account number

When go to my account inthe my verizion app is says I have to use my account number to update my profile since I currently have a guest profile. I have no idea how to find a account number can someone please help me with this

You would need to create a Prepaid account first, activate your phone, and then you will be able to register for My Verizon. You can create a new Prepaid account online by going here: https://www.verizon.com/plans/prepaid/. You can also create a new account by reaching out to our Sales Team at 800.256.4646. We definitely want to see you be able to easily manage the account online. Is the account active with a mobile telephone number on it?

I don't have a number on the account and I don't think it's active because whe ever I try to go to my profile and settings it says "you are not authorized to perform this action
