Verizon Gizmo watch, volume to low

The volume on the watch at 100% is barely audible. Is this a defect or is there some other way to adjust the volume on a system level?

Making sure I am able to adjust the volume on my Gizmo is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what happens when you

1. Swipe to the left on your watch until you see the Settings screen.
2. Tap the. Volume icon. on the watch.
3. Drag the slider to preferred volume?
