Ever since hurricane Ian went through our cell phone service in Port Orange cuts out and data is impossible to use. what can be done about this issue?

We are experiencing cell phone issues. Cell phone calls cut out and data is impossible to use here in Port Orange.
I have messaged a few people from Verizon on Verizon chats and Facebook messenger but our problem has not been solved. We have turned our phones off for 6 minutes and turned them back on.
