No Service

I have no service in Washington Ga, I have not had service for 3 days. I can't receive txt messages, emails, calls. What is going on with Verizon's service area, it has been getting worse and lots of people are switching to ATT, should I just switch or is this going to get better.

NO ONE can get service, the entire town can't use their phones, only ATT customers
