When will Verizon give us the service we over pay for. I did everything I was told to do. Got a new phone purchase a 5G plan. Had new phone replaced. I have not had adequate service since you went 5g. Now I find out that there are even many 5G towers in my area, so I am paying more for a service that is not available. My new phone S22 Ultra says is can't automatically switch networks and works best on LTE. Verizon took my ability to only use 4g/LTE. I use my phone for work and on top of way over paying I loose money daily! You are ripping your customers off and I hope you get fined when all the hearing are over and they prove you are selling service that you can't and/or won't provide!
