I have an old and new utility pole in my backyard. BGE has transferred the electrical wires but I need Verizon to move the telephone wires to the new pole and to remove the old pole. I have called Verizon and I’m getting nowhere with this issue. The old pole with Verizon wires still attached is leaning towards my house. This process was started over a year ago and it’s frustrating because I can’t let my kids play in the backyard because of the leaning pole. Does anyone know who else I can contact to get this done?
