First go here:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Fios TV Voice Remote > Program Fios TV Voice Remote>Reset Remote Setup
and reset the remote. Then go here:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Fios TV Voice Remote > Program Fios TV Voice Remote>Manual Setup and re-program the remote.
