My first comment to the community and, boy, am I unimpressed with Verizon (see username). The drop down menu under "Sub-topic" above doesn't include iPhone 14s!
Sometimes, I cannot complete a toll-free call on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. For example, today I tried to multiple times to call a toll-free yesterday. It appeared as though the call went through but, in a few seconds, a Call Failed notice appeared with two buttons (Cancel and Call Back). Pressing Call Back resulted in the same results. Today I tried calling a toll-free customer support line for a different company. The same thing happened. I live less than a mile from the nearest cellular tower and had four bars of signal strength both times. Then, to make things even weirder, I tried the number from yesterday and got through. Restarting it doesn't fix the issue. My caller ID is not blocked, as I called a second phone and my name appeared.
