October of last year 2022, I ordered a iphone 14 pro at Costco at the Verizon Kiosk that was operated by wireless advocates. I never received the phone. I checked back in a week and was told Verizon has no phones in the warehouse and that the order was cancelled.
November comes and the phone charge was on my account, I called and explained to the customer service agent and they credited my account. they also looked at my phone delivery and said that they could see that the phone was never activated or delivered and credited my account and assured me that he would be taken care of.
December comes and I try to buy a phone at Verizon store and they tell me that I am under contract for another phone already. I call again and they ask me to get information for the store I bought it from. January comes and the charge is still on my phone, they credited my account because they can see its not been delivered. They ask me to send the detailed information to customer service and that they would remove the charges from my account.
Here comes February and its still on my account. Still have not recieved my Iphone 14, I still have the phone from 2018 Iphone XR that I paid cash for. I have no problem paying for the phone if I had it in my possession.
Is this ever going to end
