AT&T not getting Text from Verizon

I am a att&t users as of 2 months ago I am unable to receive texts from Verizon users. I have had multiple people call to see if it is on their end with no success. AT&T says it’s not on there end ether I use my phone for work so it is necessary for me to be able to receive text messages
