Anyone experience issues with recent promo re $25 Fios internet with 5G mobile plan.? Getting a runaround. Customer service is refusing to acknowledge the discount. Also, insult to injury, recent install the tech laid the line on top of lawn and said contractor would bury within a few days. Now learning the soonest contractor will be out is May. We have a loose line on top our lawn. Kids ands dogs getting tangled. No help from customer service. Now wondering if switching from Xfinity to Verizon was a mistake??
