After signing up for Fios back in December I had on my home offers page that I would be able to redeem a $200 and a $150 Verizon Gift Card on 2/8/23. On 2/8/23 it was still listed in my "Pending" offers and then on 2/9/23 both just simply disappeared. I signed up for Fios partially because of the offers. If someone could please point me in the direction of somebody that can help get this resolved that would be great.
