It is time to redeem my $200 gift card for having Fios over 65 days.
I received the email to redeem, but the link is not working, and receive an error message. I have tried it on multiple devices, and have chatted and talked to multiple support reps. All of them assure me that the link will be fixed. It has not been fixed. The last support was closed and I cannot reopen it even though my issue was not resolved.
I want to redeem my gift card. I need a working link or assistance from someone who can make this happen. I see that this a constant problem that Verizon customers are facing and that after posting on this forum someone finally reaches out that can actually assist so please assist.
Will I actually be able to redeem my $200 gift card?
