Prepaid: Swap phone, keep plan?

Hello!

For context, I have an S9 on a $40 (5GB, I never use it all lol) plan that, after loyalty discounts, I pay $25 a month on. However, my S9 is at the end of its life right now and I really can't afford to be switching to a postpaid plan and paying $100+ a month. I have an opportunity to potentially bring an unlocked phone over and swap it out with my S9 on my account.

So here's my question: If I swap my phone, do I keep my plan? Thanks!
