I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon and spoke to 6 different reps. Not a single one can help me with a gift card order that I placed.
I received a gift card that was damaged and the PIN number is not legible. I am unable to apply it to my Fios account. Has anyone else had the issue?
The Verizon folks gave me 6 different phone numbers including one for Blackwawk, no one can look up my order or help in any way.
