Never received the $200 Giftcard

Hi Commuity,

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon as I was told I will get a $200 gift card along with the iphone. I switched to Verizon in Sept 2022 and have reached Verizon multiple times, I haven't got the gift card yet, It looks like a S cam. @vzw_customer_support has never told me the right solution for the problem. Their customer service is always surprised to know that there was an offer, really frustrating and regret the switch.
