Hi, I purchased a universal iPhone at Bestbuy 11/23/2018 , full paid and i try to unlock it, its showing carrier lock - sim locked by Verizon
I tried to call customer service several times. Each time the representative gave me a different solution, including but not limited to: try to call postpay, backup and reset this iPhone, etc.
I really need to unlock this iPhone to make the eSIM and my other SIM work ! please help me
