My grandmother accidentally bought Verizon prepaid card worth $225 instead of gift cards and sent them via email. I don’t have a prepaid account. Can this be added to my account that I already have?
Verizon, your days are numbered!!!! This is ridiculous. You are taking people money and saying it doesn’t matter, figure it out!! I don’t understand how you can not honor someone accidentally buying a refill card vs gift card especially when they were bought as a gift. I see people all down this timeline with the same issue. Do better Verizon!
