ESPN apps not authorizing on Stream TV or Apple TV. Works on iPad

Question

I’m trying to watch ESPN (not ESPN+) content on my TV and when I try to authorize, on espn.com/activate, my Verizon credentials are not recognized. (The same credentials that got me here.)

This is the same error regardless if I generate the code on Stream TV or my AppleTV.

Is there an outage?

When you say trying to watch ESPN on your TV are you trying to use an app on the TV to stream it, or are you going to the channel on your Fios box to watch the TV? You shouldn't have an issue either way, but the ESPN channel on the box should be more reliable than a stream. If you have authorization issues you usually have to contact the billing department and have them re-authorize your account.
