Does anyone else have the worst customers service with Verizon?
i have never in my other 2 services with tmobile or at&t experienced customer service this bad,
i called to see what was wrong with my internet service and after they reset it on there end i turned off and on my phone and turned on to no service at all, so they ended up trying to activate a esim instead and just stayed processing, lady hung up and never called back, same with verizon live chat people just left the chat and connected me with others its been 8 hours trying to fix one issue, no Professionals work at Verizon at all, The network verizon works a little better but only when it works and real professionals help but it looks like they lost all the professionals
