I received an empty box !!!

I ordered a new phone (trade in) on the Verizon website via chat a few days ago from a pleasant chat rep named Lizabeth. I was told I would receive my new red iPhone 14 Plus, and the Invisible Shield in 2 days. So today, I had to stay home all day to sign for my new phone. UPS finally came. I opened the box. It had the Invisible shield, the envelope to send my old phone back, but NO new Iphone 14. It’s almost impossible to talk to a human at Verizon and get any help with this situation. This 12+ year Verizon customer is pretty disgusted right about now.

Verizon also sent me an empty box. I received mine via fedex and I also stayed home from work so I could grab my package immediately. Pretty annoyed that this is Verizon’s level of quality assurance.

This happened to me as well. I have spent hours trying to get a resolution and Verizon has told me that I am responsible for phones that I never received. I have been told a different story by everyone I have spoken to. I have been lied to, promised call backs that never came, told I would receive a resolution and after a month of calls, was told I need to make a claim with FedEx but FedEx says their contract with Verizon only allows for version to make a claim and they will not make a claim even though they told me they did and it was denied twice. FedEx says Verizon never made a claim. Verizon has been the worst company I have ever tried to do business with.
