I keep getting a past due notice on my landline bill on line when in fact the amount in question is not due yet. Example: My current paper bill states it is due on March 13, 2023 When I go to your web site to pay the bill on March 08, 2023 it states it is overdue. This has been happening for a few years. I have called on the in the past yet nothing has changed. I want this fixed. I pay my bill on time and do not appreciate you marking it overdue. before it is due. If this is not resolved I am going to file a complaint with the DPU. I would appreciate a response and a solution. It is not rocket science.
