eSIM in the Netherlands for iPhone 12/13pro

I would like to use an eSIM for a 30 day trip to the Netherlands. From airalo, it looks like their eSIM options use Vodafone or KPN as the network - would this be compatible with an iPhone 12 and an iPhone 13pro? What else do I need to consider in this decision? Thanks!
