Access 5G Home Internet Gateway Config Through Another Router

I have IP passthrough enabled on my ASK-NCQ1338FA to serve as a failover/backup WAN on my router (a UniFi Dream Machine Pro). It works well when my primary WAN goes down -- switchover takes less than a few seconds.

I'm trying to figure out a way that I can connect the ASK-NCQ1338FA's LAN1 to my network so that I can access the configuration page without needing to plug in an ethernet cable each time.

Can someone help me determine if this is possible? I would like to access the 192.168.0.1 config page from any computer connected to my network. My router's primary LAN address is 10.0.0.0/24. It would be easy if the Verizon gateway's config page was accessible through LAN2 of the gateway because I could set a static route to route the 192.168.0.1 through WAN2. This isn't possible and requires a separate LAN1 connection on the gateway.

Can I disable the Verizon gateway's DHCP server and allow my network to assign the MAC of LAN1 to an address? If so, would this allow me to access the gateway config page?

If not, can I create a 192.168.0.0/24 VLAN on my router, assign a switch port profile to that, use a DHCP relay (with 192.168.1.1 being the server), and access that way?

Any help would be highly appreciated. This may not even be possible, but thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance!

I was able to get it working by doing the following:

1. For IP address, I changed it from 192.168.0.1 to one outside my DHCP range on my own network (in my case it was 10.0.1.2).

2. I changed the address pool to 10.0.1.253-254 in case the DHCP server accidentally got reenabled during a firmware upgrade or something else happening.

3. Changed the primary DNS to 10.0.1.1 (this to match my 10.0.1.0/24 primary subnet) and secondary DNS to 9.9.9.9.

4. I disabled DHCP server on the Verizon Gateway.

I can now access the config page at 10.0.1.2 from my primary LAN using any device.
