So I got 3 phones and 3 plans with the Verizon lady at Walmart. The estimated monthly charge was $48.46 per line. The lady said she was having trouble with her computer and said she needed my wife's information as a secondary signature and said to call Verizon and they would have no problem combining our plans the next day. I called and the supervisor said he couldn't combine the plans until after 30 days. Now I have 2 bills for $127.38. How do I get my plans combined per my original agreement with Verizon so I can pay the correct amount, not double?
