Signed up and had the available promotion of a $200 Doordash/Grubhub gift card.
- Redeemed the gift card on 2/18, and never received it in email.
- Called the rewards center number on 3/21 and they said they fixed the issue and I would receive it.
- I never receive the email and call back on 3/31 (Today) and they tell me they only see that I received an Xbox gift card, but not the Doordash (Which is the main problem). I get transferred 3 times just for them to not be able to help me.
Is there anything else I can do to try to get this gift card? Feeling a little disheartened since I took all the correct steps.
