Verizon Canceled one of my phones on my account.

Ok so I opened a new account with Verizon almost a year ago. I got two phones under the pay it off a little each month. My point is, is that both phones were on my account and hooked to the same bank account, with auto pay on well the second phone we ended up not using it alot so it stayed in my drawer almost all time. Well the second month of having my new account they turn the second phone off aťnd turned the price of the uh photyne over to collections agency. YOU KNOW WHY CAUSE THEY SAID I WASNT PAYING MY BILL. Now remember I still have my other phone it's on auto pay. Does anyone know who to call or a website to pay it off.

Ok part 2 of my post. After 2 weeks of talking to multiple people in chat, Verizon authorized dealer & corporate and all of them telling me to go to another place just one big circle of people who couldnt help. Final a employee gave me the number to the loyalty dept. Which wasn't the right spot but the guy at that depth. Gave me the recovery dept. Finally. AND HERE IS THE TEA. She said on recording that what most likely happened was that sometimes when u change anything on your plan like change a phone # or adding a device it will put it on a different account that's why no one couldn't find the phone. So knowing it wasn't my fault and I won't get the points that was took off my credit report this great employee not only charged me full price but charged almost 15$ for a convenience fee. Oh and dont forget i tyrned in my old phone to get 200$ that i basically gave to VW for free. God I love verizon no one knows how to do anything but grab you by the short hairs. They had a website but I didn't get that.
