Hello, I Recently received my iphone 14 pro max yesteday but I cant go into my verizon app to activate it because it shows my order hasnt shipped yet . So I have been unable to activate my phone . Even when I call and put my number in it says its not a valid number . this is very frustrating as I need my phone . any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
