Using US plan in Puerto Rico?

I am traveling to Puerto Rico next week and want to know if my US-based plan for talk, text and data will work.  Has this changed from the prior answers in 2017-18?

Is Puerto Rico included in Verizon plan?

Puerto Rico is considered domestic for Verizon services. It will be just like using your phone in any other state as far as no roaming charges. Note the phone make actually show roaming or extended, but it is included in all current plans as domestic service. Puerto Rico is considered domestic for Verizon services
