After update by Verizon cannot receive/send data (messages) unless on a local wi-fi. Went into store and it works on their local wifi but outside in the parking lot it did not. they suggested I come to this site. Did the internet stuff with airplane mode and SMS and still no problem. Same thing happened to a friend
