I'm using Skype phone service for all my calls. Whenever anyone calls that number from a Verizon phone it rings in on Skype but the call drops as soon as the call is answered. I want to highlight that this never happens when someone calls who has Comcast, AT&T, Sprint, or T-Mobile phone service. I worked with Skype tech support to troubleshoot this issue - came up with nothing on Skype's side that would be causing this.
This makes me believe that the problem surely comes from Verizon.
Can this problem be fixed? Any suggestions out there?
