I have been unable to redeem a gift card for upgrading my service. The links in emails did not work and now the icon in my account is gone. I chatted with two agents this morning - the first sent me a new link, which also did not work and then lost contact with the agent in that chat. Tried again with a new agent, and that conversation was unhelpful - said I'd have to wait 65 days -- well, I've already done that. Just trying to get what I was promised. Ideas comments? Thanks
