Trying to place order with Pay Per View but it says I am not authorized to place order and to call 1-800-VERIZON. When I call Verizon, of course they are closed and no one can help. Please help!

Check here and make sure the Parental Controls are not activated:
Main Menu > Settings > System>Parental Purchase.
You may also have to call the Billing department to authorize PPV purchases.
