Y cant i trade my iphone 14 plus that came defective verizon just wants too trouble shoot or send out same model with same problems intried getting refund in jan when i purchased the phone they would judt go around that and trouble shoot now they can claim its past 30 days yah they dint wanna refund me 5 days of me habing the phone
