I have been in a nightmare scenario for days! I'll skip the disaster involved in just buying the new iPhone 13. Picked it up from the store, transferred over my data from my old phone, but it would not activate. After 4 very long chats, 2 phone calls, I can receive phone calls now, but some texts still go to my old phone. I have NO INTERNET / WiFi. I'm chatted with numerous people and given all kinds of conflicting information. I just recently upgraded from an older plan they no longer offer except with a surcharge. Now I'm on 5G Start Unlimited. One of the agents on chat told me I needed to upgrade my plan to get the internet because the towers were so busy. Another told me my eSIM was not activated. Another told me it WAS activated. Still - I have no internet on the new phone, so iCloud can't do its thing with transferring apps. There is nothing wrong with my network. All other devices are working fine in my home. I've gotten kicked off chats 3 times, now they are not responding at all - technical difficulties. I cannot get a live person on the phone!!! What is going on with Verizon?????????
