We want to make sure you're able to send picture messages to any mobile device, and would be glad to help take a closer look. Please tell us, what model iPhone do you have? Does this happen when trying to send a picture message to all Android devices, or just one? Also, when did you first experience this issue?

I dealt with the same issue for almost a year. You must call Verizon support. They are unable to fix in person. A block was automatically put on mms message when I combined my plan with my husband. They simply lift the block over the phone. Hope this helps
I had the same issue it was resolved by calling Verizon support. They found a mms block that was activated when I adjusted my plan.
