Network coverage

Everyone in my area with verizon is having bad network coverage. Extremely slow to no internet and phone calls sound horrible at times. A mile from my house is a complete dead zone. A verizon cell tower is only 2 miles from my house. Can someone look into this? Area code 29541. Also this is something that started a few months ago in this area

It happens indoors and outdoors. It started maybe 3 or 4 moths ago.
