I signed up for Verizon Visa and expect that I can use the reward Verizon Dollars to pay for my Verizon monthly bill. However, my Verizon Visa does not link to my Verizon account. Talked to support 3 times, and they opened the incident with the 10 days lead-time. After over 10 days, I called in to check the status of my incident, and it seems that nobody to work on the incident. The last rep asked me the same questions and asked me to try this or that (same as previous rep asked me before they opened the incident). I keep telling them that should be an easy fix to update the database to link my Verizon Visa account with my Verizon account. I am very frustrated. The same Verizon credit card is setup for auto-pay, and Verizon is conveniently and easily to charge that credit card monthly, but has a VERY HARD TIME to credit my Verizon dollars.
Do you have any issue with your Verizon Dollars and how did Verizon fix it?
