Phone Management features have not ever worked for me at Verizon.com or in the app. I have been reporting this problem since December 2022. Under Voice Mail, Call History, Call Features, Block Outgoing Int'l Calls, Backup Number, and International calling usage, I see the same message each time: "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later."
I am also unable to activate Nomorobo. Each time I try, it fails.
I have been on phone calls and chat reporting this error 4 different times for literally hours. Yesterday I was on a chat for 1 1/2 hours, was transferred to three different reps, and had to start over with each one. Then the screen refreshed and my chat window closed, ending the final frustrating session.
I seem to be running out of options here. Surely someone can escalate and address this problem?
