I have my phone 2 years and it is still locked Why hasn't it been unlocked?

That is indeed odd that your phone remains locked after 2 years, boblab. I know I would share this concern myself as devices are normally unlocked automatically 60-days after activation. We can definitely take a look into this, and see what is happening. Please look out for a private note from us so we can better assist.

Having the same issue with a very old iPhone5s. Been several years since I had a Verizon account. But won’t accept new sim card for Tracfone account. Tracfone says phone is still locked with Verizon.
