How do I speak to someone who will actually follow through on resolving my issue ? I am beyond frustrated!! It has been almost 3-weeks since I reported that my package containing my new iPhone 14 pro and screen protectors was stolen. To date, I have spoken/chatted with over 10 agents and supervisors who have outright lied to me and told me they would remove the stolen items from my account, and issue a credit. I've been given ticket#s, refund#s, that have meant nothing! Each time I speak to someone they tell me the issue is resolved and to give it 3-5 days. Well, it is now almost 3-weeks and NOTHING!!! How do I get someone to actually HELP ME!!! I've been with Verizon for almost 20 years and this is ridiculous!!!
